Maintenance of permanent working platforms
We service, repair and modernise all permanent working platforms from our own production or from external companies. Included in our offer is fault correction, repair work, rectification of operating faults, renewal of hoisting gear and suspension cables, induction and instruction of operating personnel according to Betriebssicherheitverordnung (German Industrial Safety Regulation), support of the authorised inspection bodies (TÜV, Dekra, GTÜ, SGS-TÜV etc.), expert inspection of personal protective equipment (PPE) and inspection of electrical permanent working platforms acc. DGUV3 (German Social Accident Insurance), TRBS (German Technical Regulations for Safety in the Workplace) 1201 Part 4, DIN VDE (German Industrial Standard) 0100-600 and DIN VDE 0105-100.
Servicing of winches
According to manufacturer specifications, winches and blocstops must be serviced once annually and subjected to a general overhaul once in 10 years. As a certified Tractel cable winch and Goracon partner, Käufer undertakes the servicing and maintenance of all winches and blocstops of renowned manufacturers.
