Access Technology for Wind Energy Power Plants

KÄUFER provides certified and type-examination tested mobile platforms and access systems for inspecting, cleaning and repairing wind energy power plants. KÄUFER access systems are simple and easy to transport and install, regardless of the local conditions.

Ascending to and descending from any height is operated by electric cable winches. The reinforcing bar spacer construction can be adjusted electrically or mechanically, thereby enabling an optimum working position to be achieved in relation to the rotor blade. Cable suspension is either fixed to the rotor blades or the machine cabin, depending on access system.

We constructed the first access systems for wind energy plants as early as 1996. A large number of other pitch-controlled or stall-controlled systems have been used to the present day on wind energy power plants at home and abroad.

As a result of continual evolution, we can propose various solutions for repairing, maintaining and cleaning all plant types.

A perfected concept enables the access system to be erected and ready for operation with just a few steps in a very short space of time. The cable winches, reinforcing bar spacers etc. are completely pre-assembled on the access system. Cable suspension in the case of type K-WKA-C-2 W is fixed to the machine cabin. Advantage: The cables do not need to be reassigned when working on the next rotor blade.

Sale, Hire and Installation

Variable working platforms with just one cable winch can also be used for inspection and repair work at the tower shaft or rotor blade.
Access systems for hire can be delivered with a trailer.
Installation will, of course, also be carried out if requested.
